Cedar Rapids, IA--Paulson Electric and PEC Communications named Mark Groth company Safety Director. Groth joins Paulson Electric and PEC Communications from CR Conveying, Inc., where he served as Safety Director. In addition to Mark's safety certifications and experience directing construction company safety programs, he received his B.A. in Technology Management from The University of Northern Iowa.

Paulson Electric also announced today its 2013 EMR is 0.74, a five-point improvement over 2012's already industry-leading 0.79. The average EMR is 1.0.
